Frontline Desk
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Frontline Desk ("Frontline," the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a calendar, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Frontline for a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. What Frontline provides
Frontline provides AI-assisted call answering, appointment scheduling, messaging, and business oversight tools. Automated systems can make mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing your settings, calendars, appointments, customer communications, prices, availability, and business decisions.
3. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may use Frontline only for lawful business purposes and may not use it to deceive, harass, defraud, spam, violate privacy, interfere with the Service, or infringe another person's rights.
4. Calls, messages, and consent
You are responsible for complying with laws governing telephone calls, call recording, transcription, automated communications, telemarketing, text messages, consent, and do-not-call requests. You must provide any notices and obtain any consents required for your locations, customers, employees, and use case.
5. Google Calendar
Calendar connection is optional and requires an authorized Google account owner to grant permission. Frontline uses that access to check availability and create requested appointment events. You may disconnect Calendar from Frontline at any time. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
6. Fees, pilots, and cancellation
Prices, pilot terms, included usage, renewal timing, and refund commitments shown at checkout or in an order form apply to your purchase. Unless stated otherwise, recurring plans continue until canceled. You authorize applicable charges and are responsible for taxes. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively reverse charges except where required by law or promised in writing.
7. Customer data
You retain ownership of information you provide to Frontline. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. Our handling of personal and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Frontline relies on third-party services such as cloud hosting, authentication, telephony, voice, messaging, calendars, analytics, databases, and payments. Their availability and terms may affect parts of Frontline. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Service changes and suspension
We may modify the Service, impose reasonable limits, or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or misuse. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when practical.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, Frontline disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Frontline's total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Frontline during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes and termination
You may stop using Frontline at any time. We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
